45. You are not your job

You are not your job

A lot of your life is spent doing whatever it is you chose to do as a job.
You associate very closely to this work.
Regardless of what your title is, it is not what your essence is.
You may be a clerk at work but you don’t have to be that after you have finished for the day.
You may be a nurse, an actor, a labourer or a surgeon.
It makes no difference because it is only a title that is true while you are working.
In reality you are an eternal something that exists within the unbounded infinite as a unique expression of absolute freedom.
It’s easy to let your ego tell you different.
It’s easy to slip into the social slot where society places you but it is not what you are.
You are an intelligent, cosmic awareness visiting this reality in a water robot that has certain skills.
You are not an artist or director or politician or even a mother.
You are an intelligent, cosmic awareness visiting this reality in a water robot that has certain skills.
You are not your car and its big engine or your motorbike and its loud noise, neither are you your fancy clothes nor your special uniform.
You are an intelligent, cosmic awareness visiting this reality in a water robot that has certain skills.
And it’s no big deal.
The tighter you associate yourself with your skills, the weaker your association is with your intuition.
You can’t be in both places.
You are either tending towards an understanding of your absolute freedom or you are parading within the nightmare of this lying world.
Make up your mind and free yourself from the false links you have forged with this difficult reality.
You are an intelligent, cosmic awareness visiting this reality in a water robot that has certain skills.
And it’s no big deal.
